Terms and Conditions

ORDER MINIMUMS
Opening Order Minimum: $75
Reorder Minimum: $50

PAYMENT
We accept credit card payments via our invoicing system or Faire. Payments are processed at the time of shipment. Net-30 and invoicing is available for qualified nonprofit institutions.

SHIPPING
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground. International orders are shipped via USPS unless an account is provided. All duties or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

TURN AROUND TIMES
Orders typically ship in 3-4 weeks, but turn around times may vary. Rush options are available for an additional fee, please email us to discuss.

BACKORDERS
Backordered products will be noted at the time of order and/or shipment. All backordered items will ship free of charge as soon as they are available, unless otherwise specified.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final and can not be returned once products have shipped. We accept exchanges for damaged products. Claims must be made via email within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Please email us at hello@sprinklesstudios.com.

PACKAGING & DISTRIBUTION
Products must be sold in original packaging. Products may not be repackaged or rebranded. Products can not be sold on any third party websites (Amazon or Etsy)
